Kingma products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the origonal purchase date of the product (the “Warranty Period”). The warranty provider's responsiblity with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provide's discretion, of any product that fails during numal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or parts shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
Our authorized dealers and distributors are responsible for warranty service. Should any problem covered under warranty occurs, customers can contact their dealers or distributors in regards to their warranty claims, as long as the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor. If you cannot contact your retailer, then please email us at service@kingmacn.com for assistance. To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Kingma Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number, and return the defective product to Kingma along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser's own risk and expense.
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, Kingma will (at its sole option) replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Kingma and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts service are required after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
